This is a DELIVERY ONLY unit.
**No Deliveries or pick up on Holidays unless approved.

We only offer delivery and setup at this time. You just tell us the location and we make sure the trailer is ready to go! Base rate is $150 up to 30 miles. After 30 miles = $5 per mile (up to 200 miles).

***No moving of the trailer.
***All fees associated with the delivery and pick up of the camper (i.e. state park entry fee, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter.

GENERATOR: This unit does not come with a generator equipped but we have one for dry camping under the add on section!! You only need this for dry camping. Predator 5000 with an electric start! Gas or Propane :)

I would love to welcome you to our Happy Camper so you can start making memories all in the comfort of a house on wheels! Our Trailer is just off of the 5 fwy a prime location for delivery in all directions. Whether its going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury. I hope you enjoy our trailer as much as we do!!

Our Trailer comes with:
- 2 Private Bedrooms
- Full side slide-out
- AC & Heater
- 50 AMP electrical & 30 AMP converter
- 1 TV in main room
- Pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, towels and Linens
- Mattresses all come with protectors.
Note: Linen Add on (Set for 6 People, 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Bunks) If you need anything extra please let me know! This RV can sleep up to 8 adults and up to 10 if some are children.
- All bunks come with safety bunk nets for children.
- Electric Fireplace
- Convection Microwave and gas burner cooktop and oven.
- Ample storage
- 18 Outdoor Griddle and mini fridge

*** RV toilet paper is included; if you run out please note you can easily pick up the specific Rv toilet paper at a Walmart.
*** Please bring paper plates, plastic silverware/cups, paper towels and trash bags!

Check out the add-on section for camp supplies (Extra Griddle, chairs, generator, etc.) that can be added to the rental.

Clarifications and Rules:

Festivals: Were glad to rent to family friendly festivals on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT allow Burning Man, due to the extreme damage that the Black Rock City Playa Dust causes to the coach. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest.

Delivery/Set-Up: YES! Delivery round trip first 30mi is available for $150. Distance after that is $5 per mile.

Tanks: If tanks require dumping during dry camping extra charges will apply. Prepare for me to pick up trailer to take it to dump and return.

Check In/Check Out: Delivery and pick up will be according to campsites check in and out times. Check in and out will be 1 hour after/before campsite check in time and check out times to allow for set up and take down. Contactless delivery is available.

** Please prepare for a 30 min walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience or a video will be sent via text for contactless delivery.

Pets: Please limit to 2 animals with an additional charge of $75. No pets on beds or furniture. Pets must be crated when left alone in the RV!

OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV:
Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange.

PLEASE DO NOT:
-NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental. -NO ROOFTOP ACCESS! Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder. No renter, family member, person or animal shall climb rear ladder or access rooftop at any time during the duration of the rental
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper.
