RV Rental: 2021 Thor Synergy

Coming from Downunder, my wife and I took the RV on an epic 5-week, 5,700 mile tour featuring most of the magnificent West Coast National Parks. The van was very well fitted out allowing us to stay, self-sufficient, and without cost, in many dispersed National Forest sites providing great freedom and flexibility. The RV Master app our host downloaded made for easy operation of various features in the van. The van was powerful, easy to drive and park, and was 100% reliable with no mechanical issues. Rob our host was great, very easy to deal with, and responsive. Travelling from overseas we didn’t bring any towels, or bedding, or other camping gear, and Rob provided all that we needed. He also passed on much local advice and guidance. He said he wanted to make sure we had a good experience, and he delivered. His enthusiasm was infectious. RVnGO were good. The platform was functional, secure and relatively easy to navigate. A payment issue came up, and was resolved quickly, professionally, with no angst.
